There are times when the difficulties in my life get to me and I 'd like to spend the whole day in bed wallowing in self-pity.
I'm glad I have friends just a phone call or email away to hear me whine and whinge about the wrongs someone done me again. They help me to refocus the pity party into a count my blessings party and I don't end up spending that day in my bed like the wallowing me would have liked to.
Aaron's Moment:
I invited his dad and my very good friend (the one who's always a phone call away) to help me celebrate 11 years with this amazing boy I named Aaron.

And goodness, that quilt makes your bed look like a very happy place!
Thank goodness for those types of friends that can save us from the pity parties. I've been there, done that, and I am truly grateful for the friends that help remind me of my blessings.
