I love to hand stitch but it's just something that takes forever and in this fast paced world I want results and projects to be done yesterday. But slow and steady will win the race, although there is no race in this case. Just a long over due finished bee block for a very dear flickr friend. I am hoping to finish by Thursday so I can mail it off.

I thought it was quite funny that I was hunched over my very modern expensive sewing machine while hand stitching. Yeah, life's like that. You gotta find the funny in it.
