I went for a walk this morning to enjoy the gorgeous sunshine and to welcome spring. On my walk I photographed one of my favorite trees from the bottom looking up. You can see buds and I am so pleased that spring has finally arrived.
The purpose of my walk was an excursion to the thrift store. My first of the year and the season. I haven't been since November. My mission was to find some pants to wear for spring. I managed to find 3 pairs of jeans for me, 2 skirts-one was new!- and a pair of pants for Aaron. I also found this child's chair below. All this I paid $5.50 for. It makes for a wonderful day.
Tomorrow I am taking Aaron to the hospital here in town for dental work. It makes me just a wee bit nervous as he has to be under anesthesia -the purpose of going to the hospital. I know he's a big boy now and he's strong and healthy and it will be fine but with any procedure as his mama I get nervous just a wee bit.
Last Friday he recieved his report card and he did wonderfully according to his teacher. At school they see the changes in him from September to now. They are most astonished and delighted with the progress in his speech. Me too!! Just yesterday I hear him playing with something and telling the story of Goldilocks and the 3 bears. It was so cute how he was taking on the different character voices.

Gotta love those thrift shop finds:-) You really did well buying all those clothes and finding that adorable chair for just over $5!!! I was gone to our local thrift shop yesterday but didn't find anything I couldn't live without! lol
That's so terrific about Aaron doing so good in school...also that his speech is coming along so well:-) I can just imagine how adorable he sounded tellig the story of Goldilocks! hehe xox
