I went shopping today at my favorite store. I have to get it now before we actually need a passport to get into Maine (and the whole US for that matter.)

And these came home just because I liked them.
That red one there is actually a Freespirit fabric that sells for big bucks online (I got it for a meer 2.99 per yard!).
I wasn't sure about getting and hemmed and hawwed for a while, then at the last minute I threw in a yard.
(just in case I can't ever go back...just the thought makes me sad!)
I needed some good walking shoes for the summer.

They do sorta look like golfing shoes though...
I love a good deal!
If I'd had more money I'd buy more fabric too while I was at it. There was just so much to choose from and so little time to choose. Some put in my cart only to put back again. I will have to go back, I just don't know when and if I'll need a passport! Silly laws!

Aaron's Antics
I handed Aaron an empty container of mini mnm's thinking he'd like to play with it. He wanted me to open it and so I did.
I said oooh Aaron smell inside. He proceed to put the container in his mouth.
Aaron you smell with your nose not your mouth.
Then I said Aaron it smells like.....
Aaron's reply.... It 'mells like pee pee.
I about died laughing!
No honey that smells like chocolate.

I'm not happy with all the laws these days! I hope you don't need a passport! I can always mail you fabric! It wasn't on the customs list in the forbidden items! :)

that would stink if you needed a passport to plump up your stash, dont they understand the need for fabric?? i love the beiges you got, i dont have a lot of those either, i have a hard time picking them. cute shoes, but then you always get cute shoes!

Great stash additions and I hadn't thought about it but what a pain in the bahooty that passport thing will be for all you who live so close to the border as to traipse back and forth on a regular basis!! Here's hoping TPTB get changed and that silly law changed soon. (Like the terrorists couldn't get a fake passport if they needed one??)
