ooops

Twas beautiful sunshine today. I was puttering around the house not doing a whole. I sat down to sew a curtain for Aaron. A voice kept telling me go outside go outside enjoy the sun enjoy the sun while the boy is away! So I listened to that voice and hopped on my bike. I went on a trail I hadn't been on before and I wanted to ride forever but alas I could not as the boy would show up home eventually. I made a u-turn and rode casually along the trail. Hoping upon hope that I'd make it across the tracks. I didn't. My front wheel got jammed in the between the train tracks and well I fell off and hit dirt. I have mentioned clumsy is my middle name right?
My bike has baptized me. Ooops!
After dusting myself off and laughing at my silliness and looking around to make sure no one was looking, I got back on and rode to the thrift shop on my way home. I picked up a couple books and some jeans to make cool shorts and a couple tops to alter the sleeves into capped sleeves.

Lately I'm loving these singers
Hedley
Colbie Caillat

Have a great day! I do hope the sun is shining where you are at.
Oh and watch out for train tracks!

glad it wasn't more serious than a band-aid could fix :)

You need knee pads! Elbow pads and a helmet!! Don't go getting hurt or stuck on those train tracks!! Stay away from those train tracks. You need to sift through those voices...I think today's was the voice of spam. You shouldn't have listened!! Hope you are feeling better soon!! Hugs and kisses on those scrapes!! Love, T
